Jason Elkin
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Los Angeles
Jason Elkin has over 30 years of experience in all areas of television station and network management, in addition to program syndication and origination. He formed New Vision Television in 1993, where he led the purchase, operation and sale of eight network affiliated stations. He has also held the position of Chairman and Chief Executive officer of CTN Media Television, where he developed a highly successful network and business model which continues to grow as a part of the MTV group of networks, mtvU. He partnered with Elkin on New Vision, where he acted as a Senior Vice President for New Vision I and President and Chief Operating Officer of New Vision II. He has also held senior executive management positions for several major television and broadcast companies, including Gannett, New Vision Television and Raycom Media. Eric Simontis has been the pivotal point for all financial-related activities at New Vision, including audit and tax relationships and compliance with the banking group. Prior to his work at New Vision, Simontis worked as the Controller for AMFM, which owned and operated 420 radio stations in 100 markets at the time he left. Simontis was also served as the VP of Finance at Pegasus Solutions, where he re-organized and planned administrative functions and managed investor relations. Read more >

Steve Spendlove
Executive Vice President, Los Angeles
Steve Spendlove has over 26 years broadcast sales and management experience. He comes to New Vision from Clear Channel Television where he was Senior Vice President of the Western Region responsible for overseeing sixteen stations in nine markets. Steve was the driving force behind Clear Channel Television's introduction to the Hispanic market overseeing the purchase of numerous markets. During his tenure with Clear Channel Steve was also responsible for the creation of duopolies in Salt Lake City, UT and Wichita, KS. Steve has also served on NAB COLTAM and All Industry Music License Fee Committees as well as numerous state broadcast associations.
